About me

I'm a relational psychotherapeutic counsellor, which means our relationship will be at the heart of everything we do together. I work integratively, drawing from Transactional Analysis, Psychoanalytic, Humanistic, Gestalt, Jungian, and trauma-informed bodywork—but what matters most is that therapy shapes itself around your unique story, not the other way around.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the public sector, facilitating international collaboration with visual artists. Working across cultures and communities taught me to hold space for different perspectives, honour complexity, and stay endlessly curious. These ways of being continue to shape how I work today.

I identify as queer (she/her/hers) and have lived and worked internationally, experiences that inform how I understand identity, belonging, and what it means to navigate multiple worlds at once. I bring this intersectional lens to support clients exploring cultural, sexual, gender, racial, or neurodivergent identity.

I have specialist training in bereavement and loss, particularly within LGBTQIA+ communities, and experience supporting people with neurodivergence and complex mental and physical health conditions.

I warmly welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. If you'd like to talk through what you need to feel safe and supported in therapy, I'm here for that conversation.

Every part of you belongs here.
