Individual Therapy
Relational therapy is a collaborative process we enter into together, where we work side by side to explore your experiences, patterns, and the ways you relate to others and to yourself.
Many emotional struggles are shaped by our relationships and the cultural worlds we move through—both past and present. In therapy, we can gently explore these influences at a pace that feels right for you. I will offer you a space rooted in curiosity, compassion, and respect, where you won’t be judged, fixed, or analysed.
Through experiencing a relationship based on acceptance, empathy, and care, new possibilities can emerge. The therapy room can become a place to be yourself, to take risks, to be vulnerable, and to experiment with new ways of being and relating.
I will offer you a space where all parts of you are welcome. I work with people across races, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, gender identities, neurodiversity, and socioeconomic backgrounds, and I strive to practise in a culturally responsive and identity-affirming way that honours your lived experience.
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step. If this way of working resonates with you, you’re welcome to get in touch. We can start with a conversation to see how it feels to connect—without pressure or obligation—just a chance to see whether we might work well together.

What it involves:
-
The trust and connection we build together becomes a new, healthy relational experience—one that can help reshape how you see yourself and relate to others.
-
I pay attention to what unfolds between us in our sessions. These real-time moments often mirror patterns in your wider life, giving us valuable insights to explore together.
-
This isn't about me telling you what to do. It's about us working as partners, making sense of your experiences together. Your voice, your pace, your truth.
-
We'll gently look at how past relationships and culture have shaped who you are today—not to dwell in the past, but to understand how it shows up in your present.
-
I show up as a real person—genuine, transparent, and human. This is a space where you can just be yourself, and your individual needs are important.

Flexible Scheduling
I offer early morning, evening, and weekend appointments to accommodate work commitments, caregiving responsibilities, and rotating schedules.
If your schedule changes frequently due to caregiving, health issues, or unpredictable work, that's okay—you don't need a fixed routine to access support.
Online & In-Person Options
I provide both online and in-person sessions. Online therapy can be especially helpful for those with time or mobility challenges, transportation or cultural barriers, or who simply prefer meeting from home.
Financial Accessibility
Therapy shouldn't be out of reach due to cost. If my listed rates are a barrier, please reach out—I may have sliding scale availability, and we can also explore focused short-term work or group therapy options as alternatives.
Not sure if you can afford therapy? Let's talk about what might work for you.
Your Comfort & Safety Matter
Everyone has different needs for feeling safe and comfortable in therapy. Whether that relates to cultural understanding, gender identity, neurodivergence, physical accessibility, or something else entirely—let's discuss how we can create the right environment together.
