How does it work?
Reaching out can be hard, so I will respond to you within 2 working days of your enquiry. I will offer an initial 30-minute free phone or online consultation, you can ask me questions, and we can explore why you need support. If you want to proceed, we can set up our first session.
Our first session will be where we decide if we want to work together. I will ask you questions to understand your background to ensure I work safely and ethically. Finding a therapist you are comfortable with and trust is an important part of achieving your desired goals.
If we agree to work together, we have the option of forming either a short-term contract, say 6-24 sessions, or an open-ended contract, where we commit to ongoing therapy until you feel the work is complete.
Therapy is a collaborative process. I bring my skills, experience, and curiosity; together, we shape a therapeutic relationship that supports your goals
